BIM can calculate loads, solve difficult design issues, and enable designers the ability to visualize a structure before it is constructed. With 3D scanning and point cloud technology, AEI now IMEG is able to model MEP/FP elements and existing conditions with a level of accuracy that was unheard of only 20 years ago! Every project brings new challenges, and sometimes a few obstacles. BIM not only enables better internal design coordination between disciplines to ensure a clash-free model, it also allows us to more accurately show clients and end users the intended use of their space.

3D modeling software gives AEI designers the tools required to produce clean, professional and presentation-quality drawings, which includes renderings used in virtual reality headset applications.
