Coronavirus Update/ Returning to the Office: AEI's is in the process of preparing our office for staff to return on a modified schedule, providing the City of Boston re-opening guidelines continue to move forward. During quarantine, AEI's staff have successfully worked remotely. Every staff member is equipped with the same equipment at home as they have in the office to ensure efficiency and seamless transitions between workstations. We will continue to work remotely and will provide a formal reopening date when it's available. At this time, only staff will be allowed in our space. Our contact information and policies on in person meetings and site visits remain the same as they have since early March. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions.
FIDIC CEO's Update: First woman chair for ACEC Robin Greenleaf05/18/2021
May, 2021: Many congratulations to Robin Greenleaf who has been elected as chair of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) for 2021-2022. Robin is the CEO of Architectural Engineers, Inc. (AEI), a women-owned mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and lighting design services firm based in Boston, Massachusetts and is also the first woman to be chair of ACEC. This is a major milestone achievement for our industry and I could not think of a better candidate than Robin for this ground-breaking landmark for ACEC-USA. I look forward to working with Robin and my colleague Linda Bauer Darr and the rest of the ACEC team over the coming months as we progress with the implementation of the FIDIC North Americas region.
