Coronavirus Update/ Returning to the Office: AEI's is in the process of preparing our office for staff to return on a modified schedule, providing the City of Boston re-opening guidelines continue to move forward. During quarantine, AEI's staff have successfully worked remotely. Every staff member is equipped with the same equipment at home as they have in the office to ensure efficiency and seamless transitions between workstations. We will continue to work remotely and will provide a formal reopening date when it's available. At this time, only staff will be allowed in our space. As a founding principal of AEI, Mr. Goodmonson directs the design, construction administration, and resident inspection of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems on projects ranging from complete building renovations to new construction of and specialized facilities, higher ed and healthcare institutions, transportation infrastructure, and large-scale executive office structures. In his tenure, he has managed more than 125 sustainable renovation design projects related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection ranging in construction value from $250K – $250M, with the majority of his projects in $5M – $25M range. He is particularly skilled at cost effectively managing budgets and schedules for fast-track design projects; and is proficient in coordinating multi-disciplinary work.
