Building 33 Charlestown Navy Yard, Charlestown, Mass.
This 1890’s vintage sail loft building was renovated and converted to 47 loft-style apartments – each with in-unit laundry, water source heat pumps, telephone, internet and cable wiring, and state-of-the-art kitchens and bathrooms. The building’s historic exterior resented significant challenges relating to exhaust and cooling tower ventilation.
