New England Biscuit Lofts, Worcester, Mass.

Architectural Engineers completed design of the MEP/FP and construction oversight of this 60,000 SF conversion of a historic mill complex into residential loft units. The original envelope manufacturing building contains 42 studio, one- and two-bedroom loft-style units. Designs included extensive reconstruction and waterproofing of the basement areas to account for a very high water table.
